Such a tiny lift is a hassle!!! The shower pressure is a joke – expect a mere trickle on the 3rd floor. Please, improve these details for a more comfortable stay!!!

Great spot with friendly vibes

The room was super spacious, loved the rain shower, and made good use of the streaming on the TV. Breakfast was solid too—egg, bacon, and really good coffee. Only thing was that some mosquitoes bothered us at night.

I had a great stay here! The shower was amazing, with a luxurious waterfall shower head and an unmatched fragrance from their soap. Breakfast was perfect with a variety of options, especially the coffee! I would definitely choose this place again, though the shower was smaller than I expected from the photos.

Family with children, a good choice

The staff was friendly, even went the extra mile for us by packing us sandwiches when we had to leave early. Our quadruple room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with solid Wi-Fi and a mini-fridge, making our stay much more pleasant.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly it was still worth it.

The location is perfect, just a minute walk from the Dome! The air con kept the room delightfully cool, and we loved the super comfy bed with a choice of pillows. Plus, there are lots of cool shops nearby for those thrift finds.

superb central spot for exploring florence's iconic sights

My stay was fantastic, with the hotel just a few steps from the galleria dell' accademia and only about a 5-minute walk to the stunning cathedral of santa maria del fiore, making it super easy to enjoy all of florence's landmarks. also, the staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help out whenever needed.
